Interior Lighting Design
Your home isn’t one dimensional—your lighting shouldn’t be, either. Every room has a unique sense of space, and Wes Carver Electrical Contracting can help add a sense of depth and dimension by layering the lighting for maximum effect.
Some of the aspects we consider when designing your custom lighting scheme include:
- Architectural elements—vaulted ceilings, crown moldings, columns or other visual nuances
- Functionality— how will the room/space be used?
- Focal points—paintings or other items you wish to highlight
- Lighting controls—wall mounted, remotely controlled, or both?

 |
| Before - There were several issues with the existing lighting in this room. The lights were not placed correctly, the bulbs were obtrusive and unattractive, and the lighting cast a harsh glare onto the TV screen. |

| After - To correct these faults, we positioned general and accent lighting to create a softer overall ambiance in the room. We also used special light trims to eliminate the glare entirely and added remote lighting control for easy adjustment. |
In many cases, your lighting project will be in a finished room with existing ceilings and walls. Our technicians are experienced in working with plaster or drywall and can typically complete your custom lighting with minimal disruption.
