Safety Inspection

Our Electrical Safety Inspections are designed for those who want to be proactive about maintaining their home’s electrical system and having the peace of mind knowing that their home is safe.

Because safety and maintenance isn’t always ‘one size fits all’ we have two levels of our Electrical Safety Inspections to suit our clients’ needs.

Standard Electrical Safety Check- $99 This is recommended for newer homes, our level one inspection covers all the basics. We check your electric meter and panel as well as GFI protection, smoke detectors, basement wiring, and more.

Premium Electrical Safety Check- $295

This is recommended for people who just moved into their home, older homes, and for Real Estate certifications. This covers everything that is included in the Standard check as well as a more thorough check throughout the home including the attics and crawlspaces.
